Roofing Supervisor wanted for a busy residential roofing and insurance repairs business in the Moreton Bay region.

Lead a small crew, run jobs properly, and still keep a hands-on element to the role.

This is a practical leadership position suited to someone who knows roofing, can manage people well, deal with customers professionally, and keep jobs moving safely and efficiently.

If you're currently a Leading Hand or Supervisor wanting more ownership, stability, and the opportunity to help build a team properly, this role is worth a look.
What You'll Be Doing

• Supervising residential roofing crews onsite
• Running insurance repair and replacement projects
• Conducting material take-offs and ordering materials
• Preparing quotes and scopes of work
• Coordinating schedules and daily workflow
• Managing safety and site standards
• Liaising with customers and suppliers
• Completing site reports and job updates
• Assisting on the tools where required
• Helping grow and mentor the roofing team

What We're Looking For

• Certificate III in Roof Plumbing
• Solid residential roofing experience
• Previous Leading Hand or Supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to read jobs, organise materials, and keep projects moving
• Experience dealing directly with customers
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
• Reliable, organised, and able to lead a team properly
• Current Driver Licence
• Full Australian working rights
