Andrew Connolly

For over 20 years, Andrew Connolly has built and led talent solutions for the world’s most demanding projects. He founded APAC Talent Solutions to bring the high standards of global firms directly to businesses that value agility, deep expertise, and personal service.

My Experience

I have over two decades of experience delivering permanent recruitment and workforce solutions for technical, engineering, and project controls roles across Australia, the Asia–Pacific, and select international markets. My commitment to professional and educational development, including an MBA, has provided me with a strong understanding of strategic business frameworks. This has shaped my leadership roles with global leaders in recruitment, where I managed large- scale recruitment programs, led teams of over 35, and oversaw the hiring for major projects in LNG, defence, manufacturing, and nuclear decommissioning.
