Maintenance Plumber – Redcliffe | $35 - $60/hr + Super + Vehicle + Commission

Join a small, trusted plumbing business with a loyal local client base and solid pipeline through to Christmas.
We’re looking for a qualified Maintenance Plumber to join a close-knit team in Redcliffe, working across residential and light commercial jobs — from general plumbing and hot water systems to occasional insurance, roofing, and solar service work.
You’ll work with a business that values reliability, attitude, and customer service just as much as technical skill. The team has a down-to-earth culture, realistic schedules, and a focus on quality workmanship — not churn.

What’s on Offer
- $35–60/hr + Super (depending on experience and attitude)
- Company vehicle + fuel card
- Commission on upselling
- RDOs available
- Monday–Friday, 38 hrs + normal penalties
- Office-based in Redcliffe, small team of 3–4
- 2-week Christmas break
- General plumbing maintenance — taps, toilets, hot water, leaks, blockages, repairs
- Residential work with occasional insurance and light commercial jobs
- Some solar hot water servicing and roof plumbing
- Using ServiceNow and FlatRateNow to manage and quote jobs
- Liaising with customers and providing professional service on site
- Qualified plumber with Certificate III in Plumbing (CPC32420) or equivalent
- QBCC Plumbing Licence(or eligibility for one)
- Current White Card and Driver’s Licence
- Great customer communication and reliable work ethic
- Available to start as soon as possible
- Open to final-year apprentices nearing completion
