What You'll Typically Do
As an Estimator, you will:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for tenders and live projects.
- Analyse scope, drawings, and construction methods to identify risks and opportunities.
- Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to source competitive pricing.
- Support Project Managers and Commercial teams with budgets and forecasts.
- Assist with tender submissions, including cost breakdowns and supporting documentation.
- Maintain and update cost data and market insights.
We're interested in speaking with Estimators who have:
- Experience in civil, infrastructure, or building estimating.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with estimating tools such as CostX, Cubit, or Excel.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management) OR equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with project stakeholders.
- Access to diverse projects across civil, building, and infrastructure sectors.
- Opportunities in QLD, NSW, SA, and NT — metro, regional, and remote.
