- Strong preference for those experienced with Xactimate or similar platforms
- Review and interpret scopes from assessors and loss adjusters
- Produce accurate, defensible cost estimates
- Identify risks, omissions, and cost exposures early
- Manage estimate revisions and variations
- Liaise with internal teams, trades, and insurers
- Have experience in residential estimating or insurance repair
- Understand the commercial impact of poor scoping and pricing
- Can work at pace without compromising accuracy
- Are comfortable working with incomplete or evolving information
- Want to be part of a sector with consistent pipeline and demand
