Typical Responsibilities
Depending on experience and role level, responsibilities may include:
- Contract and subcontract administration
- Progress claims, variations, and EOTs
- Procurement and subcontractor coordination
- Cost tracking and commercial reporting
- Supporting Project Managers and delivery teams
- Experience as a Contracts Administrator or Senior Contracts Administrator
- Background in construction, infrastructure, commercial, residential, or Defence projects
- Sound contract administration skills and commercial awareness
- Interest in long-term, permanent roles
- Availability to work across Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, regional QLD, or the NT
- Australian work rights
