We’re building a national register of experienced Belt Splicers for new permanent roles launching across Australia in the New Year.

What You Can Expect
- $45–$75/hr depending on experience
- Permanent, full-time employment
- Shutdowns + ongoing site-based work
- 12-hour shifts on shutdowns
- Weekly pay
- Flights & accommodation provided on remote jobs
- Strong safety systems & quality equipment
- Established crews and structured supervision
- Hot & cold splicing
- Conveyor belt change-outs
- Pulley lagging
- Conveyor installs
- Tracking & breakdown response
- Fixed plant shutdown support
- Minimum 2+ years belt splicing experience
- Hot splice experience strongly preferred
- Construction White Card
- Driver’s licence
- Able to pass medical & drug/alcohol testing
- Willing to work shutdowns, nights & weekends
- Reliable, safety-focused, team-oriented
- Working at Heights
- Confined Space
